1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the no2jl website located at no2jl.app and any associated mobile applications, platforms, or services operated by no2jl ("the Platform", "no2jl", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered through no2jl, you ("the User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and no2jl. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

no2jl reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the no2jl Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the no2jl Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of no2jl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by no2jl or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

no2jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by no2jl, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the no2jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your no2jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. no2jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify no2jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. You can contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected].
• Identity Verification (KYC): no2jl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the no2jl Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: no2jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. no2jl does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
• Currency: All transactions on the no2jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion fees.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your no2jl account dashboard.
• Withdrawal Processing: no2jl aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. no2jl reserves the right to request verification of your payment method before processing any withdrawal. Funds that have been credited as a result of a bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Anti-Money Laundering: no2jl is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Any transaction that no2jl reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

no2jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. no2jl reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where it reasonably believes the bonus is being exploited or abused, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• no2jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of a bonus offer, no2jl's decision shall be final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the no2jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all games:

• Random Number Generation: All outcomes in no2jl's casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are independently audited to ensure that all results are genuinely random, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by no2jl or any third party.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, no2jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed during that round to the player's account. no2jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the relevant wager.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify no2jl's customer support team within 72 hours of the disputed event. no2jl will investigate the matter and, where applicable, review game logs to determine the correct outcome. no2jl's decision following such investigation shall be final.
• Collusion and Cheating: Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting software (bots), or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the no2jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or no2jl staff members;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

no2jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• no2jl provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts or circumvent the exclusion in any way.
• no2jl reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

no2jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Determination that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, no2jl reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

You may request the closure of your no2jl account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the no2jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of no2jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the no2jl Platform without the prior written consent of no2jl.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no2jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

no2jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your no2jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

no2jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data

no2jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at no2jl.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and no2jl.

no2jl complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and takes all reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

no2jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, no2jl will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 above.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with no2jl informally by contacting our customer support team. no2jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
